Privacy Policy — Ozzy Tracker
Ozzy Tracker (“Ozzy Tracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is provided by Igor Krupski. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the Ozzy Tracker mobile application (the “App”) in the United States. If you use the App from other regions, additional rights or requirements may apply under local law.
If you have questions, contact: ivkrupskij@gmail.com.
1. Who this App is for
The App is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
2. Information you provide or generate in the App
Depending on how you use the App, you may store or generate information such as:
- Medication-related tracking information (for example, medication name, dose, dates, injection site, and related notes or ratings you choose to enter)
- Symptoms and wellness-related inputs (for example, symptom ratings, weight-related entries you type, and free-text notes)
- Reminder preferences (for example, reminder schedules and optional reminder labels)
This information may be considered health-related or sensitive depending on what you enter.
3. How information is stored on your device
Much of the information described above is stored locally on your device to operate core App features (for example, your logs, charts, and reminders).
You may be able to delete locally stored App data using in-App controls (such as “Delete All Data”), subject to the App’s functionality. Deleting the App may also remove locally stored data, depending on your device settings and backups.
4. Information processed by third parties (including subscription services)
Even when data is primarily stored on your device, certain activities involve third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own policies.
4.1 Apple / App Store
Subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s collection and use of information is governed by Apple’s policies.
4.2 Subscription and paywall services (Adapty)
We use Adapty to provide subscription and paywall functionality. Adapty may process information such as purchase-related identifiers, subscription status, and technical/device information needed to operate subscriptions and related features. Adapty’s practices are described in Adapty’s privacy policy (available on Adapty’s website).
4.3 Additional SDKs for marketing, analytics, attribution, or advertising
We may integrate additional third-party SDKs over time for purposes such as analytics, marketing measurement, attribution, advertising, fraud prevention, or product improvement. If we do, those providers may collect or process identifiers and usage or device information as described in their policies. When we add materially new data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the “Last updated” date (and we may provide additional notice as required by applicable law or platform rules).
5. Push notifications
If you enable notifications, the App may schedule reminders using Apple’s notification services. Apple may process information needed to deliver notifications in accordance with Apple’s policies.
6. How we use information (high level)
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Operate reminders and core tracking features
- Process subscriptions and entitlements through Apple and our subscription service providers
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect users and the service
We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on definitions under applicable state privacy laws, certain sharing for advertising or marketing analytics/attribution may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” in some jurisdictions; if required, we will provide appropriate choices and disclosures.
7. Legal bases and retention
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention for on-device data is largely controlled by your use of the App and device settings. Retention for third-party processed data is governed by those providers’ policies and our agreements with them.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
9. Your choices and rights (US)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information (for example, rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing). Because much of your tracking data may be stored only on your device, we may not be able to access or delete that information on your behalf.
You can contact us at ivkrupskij@gmail.com with privacy requests. We may need to verify your request as permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at the same URL and update the “Last updated” date.
11. Disclaimer
The App is for tracking and reminders and does not provide medical advice. See the App’s disclaimer for details.
